Your mala should be kept dry and away from scented lotions and may be placed in the jewelry box provided by us.
Do you accept returns on malas?
Not at this time. All sales are final, but repairs are available. Please see refund policy.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 30 days from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any breakage of the mala occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll repair it free of charge. We are pleased to offer you an extended one year limited warranty for malas at an additional charge. Be sure to add when purchasing your mala.
